The only reason I pre-ordered was to confirm my name and get it launch. The fact that I didn't get it yesterday makes me mad beyond belief

This was the reason for ordering Founders edition. I understand the reason for a staggered launch, but you could let people secure their usernames quite simply!

My order just shipped on the morning of Nov 20th. They now tell me I'll have to wait 3-5 days to get my code......

You told us we could register our usernames in advance. You would have eased a lot of angry people if you supplied us with this promise.

Very disapointed to have my founders edition without the ability to play. At the very least we should be given some form of compensation

Ordered my Stadia Founders edition on June 6th. People were getting codes and devices before I even got an order email.
