Compensate Stadia Founders for failing to deliver what was promised on launch

I think that acknowledging and owning up to this mistake is important to helping Google grow within this space. While I don't really care about getting extra stuff, I do care about being acknowledged. My continued support depends heavily on how Google comments on this launch.

Bought the Founders Edition primarily for the early name reservation. Didn't get what I paid for, so a compensation is only fair.

I'm disapppointed by the lack of Information. When can we expect to receive our Keys and why can't i play (as i had expected) at stadia launch, even if my Controller is not shipped yet. The Code would be enough.

I will say the n word if this won't happen

What a rip off!

I've spent over £3000 through the Google store and this kind of customer service is exactly what I've experienced with them time and time again. I am a firm believer in Google products but their store is beyond laughable, it's disrespectful. If I don't see a positive outcome from this I'll be considering switching back to Windows, Firefox, duckduckgo, etc. Not happy.

Give us compensation

Controller delivered. Currently a nice paper weight without my code!

Ordered June 6th. No shipment, no code

Have the hardware. Can't use it without a simple email code. I know people who ordered later that got codes and apparently if you order now you get your code right away?

Terrible launch & customer service, doesn't bode well

Ordered on July 18th founders edition. Product stated shipped on 11/18, but have not yet received code.

Now Nov 20, Founders Kit still hasn't shipped yet. No code for me. Ordered 3 months ago.

Launch is ridiculous we need something in return big time.

The launch definitely could have been handled better. Promises were made, and not kept.

Still a supporter, but you guys f up big time with the delivery of packages and codes. Not acceptable.
