Google's only saving grace is that my gamertag that I've had for the past 20 years wasn't taken. Your complete and utter mismanagement and near radio silence/misinformation spread by your staff will be the downfall of this platform from the start. We'll see how long this lasts, but I'm giving it 5 years at best. We've got 15 days to return the hardware and still get a return, we'll see if I even make it past that....
Do better, be better. I said it before and I'll say it again. Just because your the top dog, doesn't mean you can't get knocked down. Shape up or ship out. At this rate, Microsoft and their xCloud may help expedite the process as well....

I ordered right after it was announced. Luckily I got my code on the morning of the 20th, not launch day as promised. I was able to snag my desired gamer tag and am happy with the platform now I am using it. But I have a friend in Canada who ordered not long after me and he is still yet to receive either the hardware or his code which is unacceptable.

When I got my stadia and much later got my code I discovered that my controller didn't work....

Initial communication should be able to play at 11-19-19 at 9am. Issues: 1) Lack of communication from all channels of support: reddit, twitter, facebook, community.stadia.com - player posts were deleted about 3pm; 2) 11-19-19 @ 1pm CST support stating 1-minute turn-around when ended up being 30 minutes: told by support email would be delivered by midnight; 3) 11-20-19 @ 1:30 pm 24/7 Chat Stadia Support is Offline so submitted another support callback request, 7 hours later still no call returned; false advertising: not able to play day one. Founders should have their Pro subscription be extended to 12 months for free.

I pre-ordered a Founder Edition, it dispatched yesterday but I'm still waiting for my code. This, coupled with the lies and broken promises, needs to be made right by Google.

I ordered June 15th. This paperweight arrived two days ago and still no sign of any invite codes. Also the Stadia gamertag I was going to use already got taken by someone who probably ordered in September ...
