I ordered the premiere edition late so I'm being patient on my behalf but they did promise the Founder's a lot of stuff and they should receive what they were promised

I didnt get mine for a few days after launch while friends who bought it launch day got it that day.. I was lucky enough that someone didnt get my username but still.. Have been having nothing but issues with it so far.. The one time everything did work right it was enjoyable but short lived..

This whole thing has been a disaster and customer care has been abysmal, I complained after waiting until late on the 20th November a while day post release and queried compensation and was told point blank that there wouldn't be any. My hardware turned up lunch time on the 21st and didn't get the email code until 6pm on the 22nd, utterly unacceptable.
