Event oversold, unorganized, lines too long, not enough time to use all of my 10 vouchers.

The people running this should be ashamed and refund in full every ticket holders money, as well as each vendors entry fee.

I want my money back. I got absolutely nothing but a tee shirt that was 3 sizes too small for the money I paid. I was supposed to have 10 cheesesteak samples. Not forced to buy my own.

Horrible event, dangerously crowded, I am in the process of getting money back. Never again should something like this happen.

I was ripped off. I paid 40 dollars to get a tiny sample and waited in lines for over 3 hours. I didn't get a tshirt, i paid 9 dollars for a beer and 20 for parking.

The idea was good in theory, but it was epically unorganized. Refunds would be the right thing to do.

This event was completely and knowingly oversold by the organizers. Due to the gross and blatant mismanagement of the event and activities, we were unable to obtain the products and services we paid for with this event. We purchased VIP or "Works" tickets and due to negligence on the event organizers part we are requesting a full refund of our purchase.

Very disappointing day. We were unable to experience any of the festivities as we spent the whole time in a line. I feel like this was a total fleecing of people's hard earned money and came off as fraudulent for those that attended!

on top of not being able to enjoy the festival we had to pay 20.00 to park..the whole thing was a major rip-off

Took over an hour to park ($20), the walk to get it was forever, waited again to get in the gate. Only used 1 food voucher each out of 10 (again REALLY long lines). We did not get t-shirts as that line was ridiculous. Left and went somewhere else for a cheesesteak. It was very disappointing! And I feel I was totally ripped off! Would like to see some positive action on the organizers part.

Only used 2 food vouchers each out of 10, no tshirt in the size I needed (M - and at 12:30!), inability to get even a drink! Ate lunch elsewhere. An expensive and frustrating day to say the least!

I am requesting a full refund for this event has we were not able to access any of the vendor areas due to the lines and the anger of other attendees.

In the end, all we did was hand over $106 to a bunch of crooks and received absolutely nothing whatsoever in return... We never once thought how bad this could have turned out. Was simply looking for a nice day with my wife and enjoy a few cheese steak samples from our combined 20 vouchers ($106 -- $80+$6 TM fee's + $20 parking that was suppose to be free).. We finally gave up on trying to obtain a single cheese steak sample after 1hr 45 min in a line with the end of the line nowhere in sight.. God forbid if there was any type of emergency with the 27,000+ attendees packed in like sardines with only one entrance & exit. After leaving, we went to south Philly and enjoyed a nice lunch together. To add insult to injury, the organizers & Keven Baxter (the Marketing Thief) do nothing but profess how this will be a learning curve and that next's years event will be better without a single attempt to 'make-good' and refund any monies to all us attendees who had the same, sad experience. The bottom line is, they're sorry, yet our money paid is still in their pockets. However, I would be a bit less bitter, if the organizers and Kevin Baxter at least gave the $106 we paid to the charities they claimed to have contributed to.. At least then, I could see it going to good use, but we won't rest until our money is at least not in their pockets.-- Chuck Denoncour

Impossible to get 10 samples when lines were close to 1 hour long and event lasted only 6 hours. T-shirt I finally got was not right size. Refund should be made for not receiving the products I paid for.

Didn't get any food at a food festival. Ridiculous. 40 vouchers purchased and 1-1.5 hr wait to use one. Couldn't even buy food because there were so many people in line. Had to leave to go get food. What a tremendous waste of time and money. To compound it all, I came up from Baltimore with my family for the event. Terrible. I want a partial refund for the 80 dollars in vouchers I still have that went unused.
