Compel South Ayrshire Council to retain full daytime and evening opening at Muirhead Activity Centre.

Both of my children attend several parties a year. Before nursery attended football and in the holidays the club. Why with such a large community are you reducing one of our most important community spaces. What about DUNDONALD?

This facility is used widely during the day by young and old and should be kept open during the day. Facilities in Troon are sparse as it is. Decision seems silly as centre is widely used.

We have barely enough facilities in South Ayrshire Council as it is, (with the exception of golf facilities) Dont depriove us of another one!!!!!

I just wonder who in SAC is responsible for making this decision and whether there was any consultation with intersted partys such as parents and sports group leaders

Setting completely the wrong example by doing this. Health and fitness is critical in a fair and decent society.

Kids need the facility.

Leave us with something for the young ones, Troon has very little left, so please don't take this away as well

Muirhead has nothing other than this activity centre for meetings and out of school activities. This is supposed to be the centre of Muirhead, for the people of Muirhead and I know how busy this centre is so the reduced opening hours are ridiculous.

Let's all fight this.

what is going on in south ayrshire , first they were meant to build skatepark in troon but then decided not to after several meetings, then the youth club is shutting , swimming pool closed , and now the muirhead activity centre, which is also used by adults for keepfit etc. why are u closing all these places ?

cannot believe this might happen the youth of today need your support what are kida going to do no swimming poole ,no leisure centre , muirhead swings are dire , so what are kids going to do then,walk the streets hang about corners get into trouble and it south ayrshire council that is to blame for not supporting the local community .

Muirhead activity centre is an important part of the community both myself and kids use for keeping fit - loss of this is a serious misjudgement in a time when promoting of healthy well being!

We need places like this for the local children
