He DESERVES to be there to lay his oldest son to rest and to have time after to grieve properly. It is inhumane to choose otherwise, especially without an official conviction. Losing a child is EVERYONES nightmare, but being "locked up" in a cage especially, through losing a child, will not "rehabilitate" ANYone, to do better. He was not only there in the moment to be able to hug him and say goodbye.. but now he possibly will not be able to be there to lay him to rest? Our justice system has to do the right thing. Use your hearts to make the right decision! This son NEEDS his Daddy, to rest. This father NEEDS his son, to rest. Can you imagine what his son would ONLY want right now? His parents. Both of them. Do we deny his son peace, because of a mistake his father "may" have made? The suspects are locked up. Those who have killed this young man, are locked up, the same way this father is for FAR LESS. Is that fair? This man in no way is a violent threat to our society. He just wants as much closure as humanly possible, as would ANY parent. I beg you to use your hearts.
