Justice is not arresting minors .Detention homes if not old enough to jail. Old enough to pull a trigger should be tried as adult!

`It is well past the time we temper the penalty for crimes to the society we live in. Please help this young man to realize his future with his family. After all, he is a product of the society created by the people/corporations in control of our future. PLEASE SEND HIM HOME!!!
