At this trying and sad time for this young man, he needs to be home with his love ones, his son was his life and I think it would be very unfair to just ignore his feelings.

I'm signing the penition so that he can be home with his family I'm so sorry for your lost of your grandson and your son first born cause I have two grown adults A daughter and son I don't know what I will do if I would lost one of them i will loss my mind if I would loose one of them

No person should be refused the right to say goodbye to his own child. Seeing that the accused has not went to trial yet, he has not been proven to be guilty. Therefore he’s innocent in the eyes of the United States. Furthermore, the crime of which he is accused is not one which is violent. For these reason, the accused should be granted the opportunity to attend his child’s home going.
