I don’t believe the sentence fit his crime . Drug addiction is a medical / mental problem . He needed help more than just thrown away . . I believe Michael has rehabilitated himself and deserves this chance .

This is ridiculous to keep anyone locked up this long.You can murder and not get that many years. I know he’s done some wrong doings, but who hasn’t?It’s time to let him out to live his life as a good person.I’m his aunt and I care

He shouldn't be there that long for a dealing charge, sounds like he has acquired some skills and trades to be a civil citizen

This man has been judged completely, way beyond what would be even considered a harsh ruling of this charge and for what many have not even come close to getting sentenced with as far as time goes for the exact same crime with even the same story or what all might if been in record of other crimes that he may or may not have committed! My point is we have a very unbalanced System! Anybody deserves a chance in life when involving this same, particular crime and story! With this being said, all the way around the Country! Crimes are judged differently each time. Nothing is organized in a fare setting for any one, particular crime and ruling, at all! Everybody knows like I do that over here this situation comes down to being sentenced one way and completely sentenced another way with another! I mean we can see 3 years for this in one different County or State to where maybe it’s like 50 years in a total different setting! I believe with all I may even be worth on any kind of level of respect at all, to what my opinion is being here, that Mike was not fairly Judged nor Sentenced in any of this! A failing system should easily give a guy in this particular ruling or situation another go at society on this! Free Mike!

Let Micheal out he’s done his time and has changed his life for the good .but ppl that deal and made meth gets less charged then he has done that isn’t right nor fare for him let him out to live his life and make right

Michael Hale , Is a good person and has showed a lot of Potential self-help classes substance-abuse class I think he has showed that he is a functional better man ,let’s give him a chance and 50 years is ridiculous, laws have changed .good luck Mike In this petition I hope this help you that you are a better Person today .
