This letter is to show the community support for Mr. Jack Russell Ouellette and Mrs. Mary Jean Ouellette. We have been informed that there is a possibility of Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette not being allowed to live permanently in Canada. We want to show IRCC that not allowing them to remain in Canada on a permanent basis would mean separating them from their only two sons, Dana Joseph Ouellette and

Nathan Noel Ouellette, and their families, and sending them back to a country where they have little connections left. This, we plead, would be very difficult for them and their family in Canada.

We request Immigration Canada to not put this family in a distressing situation and we, further, want to persuade IRCC to consider granting Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette permanent residence on the basis of humanitarian and compassionate grounds.

Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette are citizens of the USA. They are family-driven individuals who care deeply and love their sons and their families unconditionally. The plea for their humanitarian and compassionate grounds application rests for allowance to be close to their family. Without a shred of doubt, we find Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette to be

honest and respectful individuals and know that they already treat Canada as their home. It would be immensely hard for them to be forced to stay apart from their sons and their families.

We know that Dana and Nathan would be utterly disturbed and immensely remorseful if they are not allowed to live close to their parents and take care of them in their elderly years. Mrs. and Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette are retired. In the USA, they are alone with no one to look after them. In Canada, Mrs. and Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette feel comforted being surrounded by their family. They want nothing more than to spend their days with their children and helping the family grow in every way they can. Please allow Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette to continue having the experience of living as a family unit here in Canada with Dana, Nathan and their families.

Ever since their arrival, Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette have been model residents of Canada. In their time here, they have been actively involved in the community. They have made many friends and neighbours over the past 30 years. They have developed strong relationships with members of the community which we value dearly. Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette bring positive vibes along with them wherever they go and know the importance of familial bonds. They are actively on the lookout to contribute more time towards community development. Dana, Nathan, and their families, and we, as a community request permanent residency for Mrs. and Mr.Ouellette.

In their time here, Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette have fallen in love with our country and every passing day grow more accustomed to our way of life here. For them, throughout their previous work and multiple visits to Canada, they have treated Canada as their true home. It would be a great hardship for them, Dana, Nathan, and their families, if Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette cannot remain with them.

Mrs. and Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette are loving parents and respected individuals who are invested in helping build a future for their family. They are now staying in the same city and we request that Immigration Canada permit them to continue doing so on a permanent basis. The family forms and represents a close-knit family unit

who are very close and depend on one another for support. We cannot even imagine how difficult it would be if this family was separated from one another. Both Dana and Nathan would have a very hard time if Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette were forced to return to the USA. We also submit that given their age, the back-and-forth travel is

neither financially feasible nor convenient. Please do not let this family unit be scattered and separated from one another. We request you to allow Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette to continue being here with their family, in a community they feel safe and happy.

As a community we support Mrs. and Mr. Ouellette’s application for permanent residency on the basis of humanitarian and compassionate grounds. Please allow them to stay in Canada on a permanent basis. Every person undersigned here joins in this request.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
