I have personally known Giselle since 2019 in the UAE, and our connection continued when she moved to Toronto, Ontario in 2020. Over the years, I have seen her true character—she is kind, compassionate, and deeply caring toward others. Giselle has a natural way of bringing comfort and positivity to those around her, always offering help with a genuine and open heart. Giselle has built a meaningful life within her community and formed strong, loving connections. The thought of her being removed is truly heartbreaking, as her presence brings warmth, stability, and support to many people. Her absence would leave a deep emotional impact on those who care for and rely on her. With compassion and understanding, I respectfully ask that her situation be considered favorably. Allowing Giselle to remain would be an act of humanity and kindness, giving her the opportunity to continue the life she has built and the good she brings to others. Giselle and her family are great residents here in Canada, obeying every laws from the day they submitted their application as International Student. I know that his husband needs medical maintenance which would cause his life if they go back to the Philippines as Philippine government does not have a free healthcare facility. Please do consider their petition to be Permanent Residents here in Canada.
