We, the undersigned residents of Heights of Barbers Hill, support the existing front yard landscape design at 12023 Silver Moon Ln.

The homeowner has complied with HOA requests to submit a modification form, and while the ARC denied it based on bed shape and mulch material, many neighbors believe the design is tasteful, modern, and enhances the neighborhood’s overall appearance.

We respectfully request the HOA Board and ARC reconsider the denial in light of this positive neighborhood response. We also believe that when a strong majority supports a homeowner's improvement, it should be taken into serious consideration for current and future approvals.
