Skateboarding has introduced me to lifelong friends and kept me healthy and moving for 20 years. The opportunity to roll around with friends of all ages will grow the Medford community closer via every day access and spontaneous events through the summers. Skateparks are all unique, making them destinations for people from across the region. Perhaps music could be a part of the multi use design, with a small stage area? Looking forward to the west Medford summer concert series and skate contest!

I have been part of the Medford skate scene for over five years and I’ve been dying for this to happen. A community center, and a third space that keeps people active is what we need. Thank you for this initiative.

My husband original had one built when we were in high school. Used to be at medford high school. Happy someone's keeping it alive
