Dear Homecoming at Terra Vista,

Multiple counties, including San Bernardino & the City of Rancho Cucamonga have announced the reopening of community pools, including shared apartments pools. We continue paying for closed amenities & have received zero compensation for this. A corporation, such as Lewis homes, should have been prepared for the handling & implementation of re-opening once allowed to do so.

We, the loyal residents of this community are voicing concern & demanding resolution to the matter.

Please share with fellow residents.

I started this because I was frustrated by the silence but seeing how many of you feel the same way has been eye-opening. This really belongs to all of you who took the time to speak up. I am doing my best to track down some answers for us.

I am honestly stunned by how many neighbors have stepped up to support this. The momentum belongs entirely to the people who took the time to read this and agree with me.

County says it's ok. Doctors say covid 19 cannot be transmitted in chlorinated water

It’s time to open the pools we can make our decisions. If I can go to a restaurant now and eat I can swim in chlorine.

Please open the pool and gym. We pay, we choose the level of risk we are willing to expose ourselves to.

If we pay for amenities and don't get to use them, regardless of national events, compensation is necessary.

Open the amenities we are paying for ! Give rent credits for the two months we haven’t been able to use them!

There needs to be a safety plan for re-opening. And we ought to be compensated for the lost access to these high priced amenities.
