It would depend on cost if we would upgrade

You say you are giving us 1.5 Mbps but we are not even getting that. When I test I get .9 - 1.2 Mbps at most. And that slows even more on occasion. You are giving us the new 'dial-up.
I'm dropping your service if this doesn't upgrade soon.

I have been waiting for more than our current 1.5 mbps service for the entire time we have lived in the area. There would be no hesitation to upgrade my service if there was a better option available! Centurylink please listen to your long time customers or you may lose them!

current speeds are unacceptable, this would at least bring them up to a useable level

I currently use outreach internet. I would switch to CenturyLink if they increase the speed available.

I'm interested. Current speed of my dial-up is 26.4Kbps.
I don't have a clue what that means but I know it's painfully slow. A friend of mine who's computer savvy says that's like me doing 3 mph on the freeway, while everybody else is doing 250.

Have been on the 1.5 from the beginning. While it is faster than dial up...it does get very tiring trying to be able to actually work around this speed. As there are many internet devices in the house and usually can only run one at a time. And for the speed we are receiving I do believe 50 bucks a month is wayyy too high. But that's another subject all of its own.

For around 4 years now I've been plagued with a pitiful service of 1.5 mbps without another alternative. Anytime someone other than myself uses the Wi-Fi it ruins the experience for both. Many times we've called or asked if we can get an upgrade but are told that it just can't happen. We would absolutely upgrade our subscription. *throws money at screen*

Centurylink needs to start taking care of their customers or they will lose them to other carriers. I am seriously contemplating just such a move.

I have been trying to get Century Link out here for over 3 years. The cable comes to the corner of my house but they tell me they can't support any new customers. What's up with that?

Need additional DSL availability also. I've been trying for 2 years+ to get connected and am told you are at capacity and the only way I can be added is if someone with DSL terminates their use.
