We, the residents of Bushwick, request that Green Central Knoll Park be made accessible and an inclusive outdoor space for our entire community — a place where children can play, families can gather, and neighbors can connect safely with their pets.

Currently, the park operates as a permit-only space, limiting access for nearly all residents. By creating a designated dog run, the park can provide a safe area for pets while keeping the rest of the space family-friendly and enjoyable for everyone.

We believe that through partnership with the Parks Department and local leaders, Green Central Knoll can once again serve as a welcoming, accessible green space for all residents.
