BTC has not worked in years and they refuse to give any credit for their failure to fix problems. I have not been able to,use my land line for any incoming or outgoing calls for 4 years.

I am also a disgruntled paying customer fed up with the terrible service that Btc provides in exuma... Please do something... We should not still be living like this ..

Service very intermittent with frequent outages please improve!
We have been suffering with this for long enough. Promise after promise and it seems that things have only become worse.... I think it's time things get better!!

Better service in The African bush! So sick of the high rates, poor services and every excuse under the sun for lousy service! Ragged had stellar service as does Rum, Crooked and Acklins. Get with it and stop ripping us off!

Agreed! The roulette of messages and outages have become intolerable. It used to work reasonably OK just a few short years ago and has deteriorated into, dare I say, a scandal. One would have thought with Cable & Wireless' involvement, and now Liberty Global with its acquisition of C&W, good things would happen. Many good people are feeling abandoned by lack of government action to remedy the situation. What good is government control of its utilities if they are not going to provide adequate basic necessary services to all it's citizens? Good things could happen and it's time they do. Maybe it's time farm services out to capable hands.

It is outrageous the amount of money we waste every month for services we are not provided. Our guests are unable to communicate with their loved ones at home to let them know they arrived safely for their vacation. Unacceptable.
