To the board of Incommunities.

Bingley needs social housing; the diversity and equality of opportunity this provides is invaluable to our community. Incommunities should commit themselves to reserving the land currently used by the high rise flats on Crosley Wood Rd for social housing.

Last year Incommunities announced it was conducting an options appraisal regarding the future of the three high rise tower blocks on Crosley Wood Road in Bingley. Incommunities has since announced that they will rehouse all current residents to alternative housing, but have made no decision on the future of the site.

Throughout this options appraisal, Incommunities at no point has committed itself to considering only social housing redevelopment options. The board of Incommunities will be making the final decision on the future of the site by mid-September.

Since the Bingley area has limited access to social housing we, the undersigned, ask that in considering its options for the future of the site, the board should commit to looking only at a mixed social housing redevelopment option.
