It has come to the attention of the residents and tenants of the Bella Vista Estate that there are commercial operations presently existing and others pending in Bella Vista which are in direct violation to the SPIRIT of the "restrictive covenants" of June 17,1984 set forth by the developers, the Bella Vista Development Co.Ltd., and also to the Belize City Council (Bella Vista Zoning)Bylaws 2003 (S.I.No.120 of 2003) pursuant to Section [5] (i), where an owner or tenant in this zone shall not engage in any trade,residential or commercial business activity unless such activity is approved for the zone under the Trade Licensing Act. We the undersigned, owners and tenants of the Bella Vista Estate, ask that the Belize City Council refuse to grant a Trade or Commercial License to any commercial business in this zone as described by the Belize City Council (Bella Vista Zoning) Bylaws 2003.
