Commercial Rezoning of 1465 Corydon and 492 Queenston

Too large and too commercial a development for the space. The street is already busy with school drop off and pick up and parking from the current business. I am opposed to the rezoning.

There are so many places you can’t build why here?? Please do not let the rezoning go thru!!!

This proposed business is not appropriate for a quiet residential community

Leave the residential areas for people who want to live in the peaceful area. Go somewhere where commercial business is acceptable.

That will look horrible at the end of the street with the offset!!

Our house will be right next door. I don’t want to share a fence with a busy parking lot, and there will be very clear sight lines into one of our bedrooms.

Not in my neighborhood. You want office space, there is plenty downtown. Keep it residential

Increasing the number of commercial tenants means increased traffic.

Keep the housing & the neighborhood the same - enough of the commercial development.

I am concerned about the amount of traffic as I currently live between two 7-11’s and the traffic down my street (Niagara) is already at a high volume and at increased speed. It can scary for children at times
