Seth suffered an acute onset of an undiagnosed mental disorder while away at college in 2007 in Richmond Indiana. Rather than providing medical care, he was treated as a criminal and is still being punished today for something beyond his control at the time. He is now diagnosed, on medication, under doctors care, and very stable and has been trying to get back to the life that a 21 year old should live. He started back to school locally, was on the deans list, is very stable, and likes to spend time with his dog Zane and his friends and family. However, Seth is still being treated like a criminal for the illness he was inflicted with and being deprived of his life, liberty, and freedom. Please Help to bring Seth home. He truly wants the opportunity to live. With everyone's help that knows him best, we can accomplish giving him the opportunity to do that. This petition is to the Wayne County Superior Court in Richmond Indiana and we are expecting to submit it by no later than Dec 31, 2008. They need to know that Seth is supported by his friends, family, classmates, neighbors, and anyone else in the community that truly knows him. Thanks for your support. We hope he can thank everyone that supports him by the time the Holiday rolls around by being home and telling you himself.
