Esteemed Prime Minister, In light of the 2G spectrum scam, and evidence of rampant corruption in many other areas, we urge you to protect national interest by taking the following measures: 1. Cancel the 2G spectrum allocation, and reallocate through fresh, transparent, international competitive bidding, and impose steep windfall taxes on the ill-gotten gains from the 2G licencees. 2. Enact a law to make all contracts involving corruption/loss to exchequer void, and impose a civil penalty five times the loss sustained by the exchequer. 3. Enact a comprehensive National Anti-corruption Law and constitute an Independent and Empowered Anti-corruption Commission. Yours sincerely,
