Area has already become congested. We need to quit taking Farm land away!!!

1) It is my experience that higher neighborhood density breeds social ills we don't need. 2) It should be obvious that traffic in the surrounding neighborhoods will suffor greatly. The existing homes don't deserve such a traffic increase. I would be HIGHLY upset if that kind of traffic increase happened in my immediate neighborhood. 3) I suggest speculating builders move to land East of Talley Rd and not try to shoehorn into existing neighborhoods... Bottom line: increased density degrades the quality of life for people that have sunk their fortune into a safe, comfortable neighborhood...

These are postage stamp houses and mush too small lots to be going in.

It is going to be to dense. Lot 1 and 2 will be attached to our back yard. When you line the new houses in line with the existing house on Berkdale Dr. it will be way to close to that house. For our house the new houses will be right on top of our back yard. I am guessing they may have about 15 feet of backyard. That is just to close for comfort. Please consider keeping it RS2.

Live in Greenview additon & with redesign of Taylor Rd is making it more difficult to exit our street onto Taylor with all the traffic. As far as the round-a-bouts-what a joke!! School buses drive straight thru them as there isn’t room for the round-a-bout especially at Fairlawn Dr. Also now Taylor Rd has more of a drainage issue all the way to 25th Street with the city’s great design of Taylor Rd.

Too dense; not enough protection for adjacent residents; probably negative impact on traffic flow.

I vehemently oppose not only the poorly planned rezoning, but the development as a whole!

This is a no brainer. This should NOT be approved as an RS4. Somebody has $ signs in their mind with no regard for the surrounding community. Please don’t let this pass.

Just look at the graphic included. Nearly a 2:1 ratio of homes along the border properties, this is ridiculous. For example, my neighborhood is one of the older in Columbus, we have lots large enough to support a garage yet most are only 2 bedroom 1 car garage homes. Our street is so busy it had to be rebuilt with curb and walks to accommodate the increase as well as drainage improvements. I don’t see that any of this was taken into consideration with this plan. It looks as though “green” space was totally ignored.

This just greed. Pure and simple. Even worst. The impact it will have on everyone that lives there now and has been their home for years.

I have sent an email to the zoning board and listed the reasons this addition should not be allowed to be built in this manner. Please make your decisions for the constituents you represent and help to continue to make Columbus a beautiful , well thought out city. Thank yoi

This many homes in such a small area will cause a multitude of problems, some foreseen some not! This will stress our City Utilities, storm sewers, possible flooding of the addition, traffic problems, especially Taylor Road. Two-story homes will be invasion of people’s privacy and too much house for one small lot. Do the right thing and reject this proposal for these reasons and many others. We will not let this go if you try to continue it. This is wrong for this city and no one wants it but the ones making money!

This RS4 is nothing more than how much money they can make and don't care if they destroy our neighborhood. All those trees filter the air and noise and it is needed. The traffic and speed on Taylor Road gets worse every day. I have picked up car parts two times where they have hit the curb and it may just be a matter of time before someone goes over the curb and hits a person on the sidewalk. A car hit a telephone pole at the roundabout and knocked it down. This year hasn't gotten off to a good start and there will probably be more. We don't need 89 more houses to had to this rat race on Taylor and Marr Road. They need stop lights at Rocky Ford and Marr and Rocky Ford and Taylor Road. Some people don't even stop or take their turn. This is the real world of our neighborhood. Please don't sell us out to satisfy your rich friends. I'm a senior citizen that has lived here 19 years and I'm speaking for the other senior citizens on this road.

RS4 would not make sense in this space and would cause too much congestion in surrounding neighborhoods.

Too many homes for that area
