I am a lifelong resident of the City of Boston. I have lived in South Boston for all but one year of my life. The yacht club has always had a positive impact in the community. Offering residents an oasis is the city. I live less than 2 blocks from the Columbia Yacht Club and not only have NO issues with them applying and getting a license, I believe it will have a positive impact on the neighborhood.
