this is disgusting. its bad enough these people weren't charged with murder but its an absolute disgrace a plea like this even offered. this injustice cannot be upheld

Colton is engraved in my heart and I love him dearly. It is an outrage that she gets a second chance in life when she gets released, Yet Colton does not get a second chance as the one person who was to protect him put him 6 feet under. Colton will not celebrate a birthday, he will not blow out candles, open gifts, write a letter to Santa. Get excited about school. She needs to be in jail for the rest of her life!. NO PLEA DEALS!. SHE SURE DIDN'T LISTEN TO COLTON'S PLEA'S FOR HELP AND LOVE

Colton didn't get a plea bargin for lesser pain and hurt from those that were supposed to love and protect him. This is NOT justice, and those involved in approving the plea are send out a dangerous message to all miscreants and low lifes out there.

They should not be allowed a plea deal. I understand it is cheaper for the STATE IF TEXAS. But please think about that poor child who doesn't have a voice to speak on his behalf.

meagan and mike need to be in prison for the rest of their lives. never to see the light of day again for what they did to our lil cowboy... This is ridiculous i dont see why they would offer them a plea deal!!! Fuck them they deserve to go to hell!!!!!!!! >:(
