Local roads and ammenities cannot cope with the vast number of additional houses they are proposing. The roads are already at saturation point. The primary school and doctors are oversubscribed, and how can they build on green belt land in a tree conservation area with such an abundance of wildlife? These proposals are madness!

I strongly oppose these plans. Our home backs onto the proposed traveller site and I would be deeply concerned about how this could impact on the value of our home amongst many other concerns and worries. Colton cannot accommodate any further traffic, it is already highly congested. The school can already not accommodate current Colton residents. There are big traffic problems around sainsburys and bullethorpe lane that would be hugely increased.

We have just moved into Colton. Less than 4 month ago we are right near to were this is all happening! We love Colton how it is there's no way we want this to happen!

How many more sites do we need more traffic at such a hotspot already.. Used to go cycling with my family where we saw deer on many occasions don't suppose we'll see them anymore..

The traffic is already a problem in colton, and down bullerthorpe lane, leading to the retail park. It's already at an unsafe level...why add more? Which In turn will affect local businesses. House prices will be slashed. And most importantly....allowing these on green belt? With deer, and other wildlife?!

Bullerthorpe Lane is already a problem road with heavy local congestion at peak times.
The area is already over developed and we should take care to preserve our green areas that are a local beauty spot enjoyed by many Leeds residents and visitors.
