I would like to object to this traveller site. This would cause an extremely adverse effect on the local infrastructure which is already struggling to cope.

Traffic is bad enough as it is round here, what with all the building work on Thorpe park too... It's gonna be gridlocked in a few years!

Already too much traffic and this area is supposed to be kept as green belt land!! Sad as it is also this will devalue the house prices in the area. Why destroy this lovely area. I'll guess it was not available for builders to build normal houses on so why are we making a community area for these people. Why should they be given their own estate in this beautiful green belt land. Take a look at where these people have lived before. Shame on you Leeds City Council

They don't deserve to live in such a beautiful area, try are filthy, disgusting & vile. They steal & leave a mess everywhere

As of May 2017, does anyone have any info about what stage these plans have reached? We want to move into Yorkshire from elsewhere in the UK. Found a nice house in Colton, then were dismayed to discover these potential plans. If they are going ahead we will look somewhere else

The colton roadbis always busy and there is always heavy traffic.with the additional houses built it will be impossible to move about. This is a beautiful local community. Please do not destroy the place and put pressure on the local Infrastructure by building additional houses.

Please no we need to keep this land availability as natural as possible

It will wreck the wild life and the beautiful land scape. I'd say no

Bullerthorpe Lane is already a nightmare to get up or down at peak times, let alone building another 165 houses to add to the traffic. I'm worried that when I eventually do have children I will have to take them further afield to get into a primary school which is unfair on both me and them. There are so many other areas Leeds city council could have picked, areas that look like wasteland sites, why pick a beautiful piece of country land?

Both are ludicrous ideas. There are plenty of brown filed sites in Leeds City Centre for houses and/or travellers.

To build a traveller site on bullerthorpe land would make our home loose value & u sellable!!!

This should not happen it would be better for animals this land than them.

This is a joke ordinary people are crying out for housing and leeds city council are doing this. And lcc are shutting down care homes for the elderly isn't these people that they should be caring about not gypsys who as we know are thief's etc I could go on

This will ruin the landscape.

Do not build these houses on green belt and certainly do not let awful thieving travellers anywhere near

the roads cannot support this number of houses or travellers vehicles.
