Coloureds should be treated equally as the rest of the nation. Our cries should matter to government. We cannot only be recognised during elections. Bursaries should also be available cause most funding referred to is black economic empowerment what about Coloured economic empowerment. We where also discriminated in the apartheid era and fought with the black men to free our country now apartheid is just reversed.

Why drag this discrimination on and on? Delaying us our rights is certainly causing you to look like you are incriminating yourself or that you have something to hide. SABC do the right thing

I want the different cultures in South Africa, to give us, as coloured people, so branded by the apartheid white regime, a chance to regroup ourselves, and find our own identity. We have been separated from each other, either by means of religion, or even worse, our own way of judging our own. We judge our own, by the standards that the white man set. Until we settle these internal struggles, we cannot come up with another name, yet. I hope we will end up, somewhere like, South Africans. Because, it is for sure that we were born in the Southern part of South Africa, which makes us South African. Africa was mentioned, throughout the Bible, and we are a very important nation as well. Our importance lies in the fact, that our ancestors, unaware and uncorrupted by capitalism, showed the deepest respect for nature. Today still, the corporate farmer will laugh at anyone proclaiming ecology. With the white mans lust for money and power, he has systematically raped our precious land, (as well as our precious women), and our culture has been completely destroyed, by ignorant experts from Europe, just curious to see this very noble men and women. Not all of the Europeans were bad, some wrote the truth, but got nowhere. The books were sealed from our eyes. Now most of them are opened up, Audiobooks like "The mis-education of the Negros", is one of the books, that needs our intention. Our situation is not different from our brothers and sisters, suffering in America. Study the slaves narratives, identify "the masters". Many accounts of slave owners, the most degrading of the human race, are also available on internet as audiobooks. Have whole books read to you, while you relax in your chair, knitting booties for the poor, cold and hungry children of our noble nation.

My feelings towards this issue cannot be better expressed than laid out in this letter to the powers that be. We have been and still are marginilised even 22 years on into democracy.
Stop the discrimination against Coloureds
Stop being bias and stereotype
