Council should be considering the quality of the developments proposed, rather than constantly adjusting zoning to permit the highest number of units possible. The only winner with this level of density is the developer - everyone else loses.

I am against the proposal for increased density. It is not consistent with the existing neighbourhood. It will cause car congestion and also increase risk for LHP cyclists.

The population density and traffic volume in this area has reached extreme amounts already, the road system is incapable of keeping up with the demand, as are the services in town. This byelaw exception should not be allowed.

Development along 26 should not allow for extra density. We only have one chance to develop without losing the quality of the area.
