The requested amendment change is ridiculous given the location and parameters of the existing property. Council needs to do the correct thing, support its Collingwood taxpayers and reject this Developers sole benefit request.

This density increase is too high and should not be considered.

124 Units, five and six per Unit because we all know who will move into these Units ..... There goes the Neighborhood ....... Prayer Call every Morning by you know who!

Reverie Application is a major concern to us

I believe the density is too high.... Because parking will be an issue at this location. One car parking is not enough for a townhouse. The location is slightly outside of town and not within walking distance of any accessible amenities. The average couple living here will require parking for 2 cars

This is not good planning.

I am appalled at the ease with which this type of density/building is allowed.

Too much density for this small area and Lighhouse Point will be overrun with trespassers.

We disagree with the increase in density because Collingwood cannot cope with this larger influx.

This project should not happen

I live at The Islander in Lighthouse Point. I fear parking infringement on our property because Reverie is not providing nearly enough.

No justification - application is a slap in the face to Town Council and disregards proper planning in our Town.

The Town needs to maintain existing as built density levels surrounding new developments. The Official Plan as approved by council must be followed. The practice of cash in lieu of parks is terrible and should STOP.

The Official Plan and Zoning By-law were approved taking into account the needs and well-being of Town residents - both present and future. They should be upheld. Density, greenspace, congestion and parking need to be considered. We need to pursue good, smart development and a balanced approach.

Collingwood Town Council, please step up and enforce your own rules. You create zoning and density bylaws, and developers routinely seek to be exempted from them. Can you not simply say NO, we have passed rules and you shall abide by them? You know that getting into town from the west along Hwy. 26 is already congested, and you know that this is the only direct route into town, so why would you allow the creation of more density in this area? Eventually people will stop wanting to move to or visit Collingwood because navigating into and around town will become too bothersome.

Density of homes is there for well thought out reasons. There is land elsewhere for building. Stick to the existing requirements. Increased traffic in a difficult spot is an issue

Completely opposed to higher density building.

There is a reason 60 units were approved, and this needs to be respected. 125 units flies in the face of zoning bylaw and must be rejected
