The university administration is still hiding behind empty policy statements instead of addressing the massive environmental cost of their campus food operations. I am tired of the excuses while they profit from animal cruelty. Keep the pressure on them because they only listen when we force them to look at what they are doing.

Its honestly not that hard to go one day without eating a burger. People keep complaining but they dont know what they are missing with veggie food.
Finally some real options in the dining hall. Hopefully they keep these choices on the menu after the 13th.
I been trying to cut back anyway. Good excuse to finally do it. Count me in.
