I strongly agree with this because education that is provided from the state should be free. What shouldn't be free is private education since we all know that private education is better than state education.

I disagree on the later statement. Public universities has advantages towards private universities such as lower tuition fee, variety in courses one can take, and if it matters to the individual, a more diverse college student population. This is not claiming that Public universities are better than private, however the statement is not necessarily true so one can not completely disregard Public Universities. Both universities have their advantages and the what causes the differences is there funding method which causes the differences. The decision of the individual applying to colleges depends on what they want and what they find important in a college.
