The purpose of this petition is to engage the State of WA and Collective Bargaining Health Care Systems in order for Union Employees to be expempted from the upcoming WA State Long Term Care Tax and have the coverage needed provided from Health Care Plans in place that are already funded through the Union Members or their Employers and Trusts contributions and holdings.
