The historic area around Colgate Divinity, and the property itself, needs to be kept in line with the history of the area, as well as the atmosphere of the famous parkland it borders!

Awful design takes away from the beauty the neighborhood has "if it ain't broke don't fix it" (or build on it )

It would be a tragedy to develop apartment buildings and hotels on this property. There are other places for that. This is NOT one of them.

not only is this historic to our community? when my daughter had cancer and passed I learned during process... just what things this place does to help people. They are a haven for family'sdealing with a cancer patient. Being the home of URMC and Wilmot, and Golisano children's hospital, we need to cherish the integrity of this divine place. For all time

Vote NO on this development plan. Please consider the negative effects on the environment. This is a beautiful and historic property and needs to be thoughtfully reused. The current plan is horrendous and inappropriate.
Do not approve it!!

This is a Landmark that deserves more than what the developer is offering. The neighbors would suffer.

This is a strictly monetary endeavor which will destroy the ambiance of the whole area. There's no going back after you have destroyed such a unique and beautiful area.

Development is needed that both provides for maintenance of the architecturally significant buildings and environmentally sensitive features of site and quality of the neighborhood. The current development plan is inadequate in the former and fails in the latter. Zoning changes should be delayed until the development plans are revised significantly.

The proposed plan is too large for the site and would destroy the setting for the historic buildings.

This is a beautiful, historic Rochester landmark that must be preserved. The neighborhood deserves respect for their attractive streets and should NOT be altered and degraded by 100 apartments, a hotel and banquet center. Colgate Divinity adds to the beauty of Highland Park which is a Rochester treasure. Vote NO to this proposed development!

An ill conceived, greedy plan by the few that will end up ruining a historic site and the lives of nearby residents. There are plenty of other plots to build this on, don't do this.

Rochester historically has a record for making bad choices. This is yet another example. This one, however, can't be undone.
