Preserve the Diginity of the Divinity School Campus

I vote no on this. There needs to be an environmental review, and understanding and concessions from the builders. It will affect the character of a neighborhood, and the lives of local citizens. Unfortunately, dreams of $$$$$ have been trumping common sense...

We join our neighbors in saying no to this disastrous project.

By preserving the past we save the future. No to this proposal.

As a city resident for 30 years I ask that concerns of tax paying residents be heard. I am against development which does not fit with the neighborhood. Concerns regarding the development of student apartments on MT Hope were ignored. One can already see the development rising above the houses in the neighborhood, blocking views and sun, ad changing out city scape. In addition, parking concerns were also ignored and remain unsolved. Please don’t let this happen with this new development.

With no environmental review, this plan is just irresponsible.

Vote no on the current plan. Do better City Council. The campus is beautiful and needs a thoughtful plan for redevelopment.

I lived in Atlanta GA for over 30 years and saw what happened when older institutions and landmarks were demolished and replaced with new common themed structures. And the success as well in repurposing the same structures into something amazing. I love Rochester and the history especially as depicted through its beautiful older buildings and architecture. Please make that work for the Colgate school as well.

Please save this beautiful Landmark! We don't need to put new apartment buildings there. The ones added along the river near U of R are hideous and do not fit with the beautiful old structures in that neighborhood. This building should be saved, its part of Rochester's history

Keep the green belt and integrity of the Highland park neighborhood.

The grounds and buildings are so lovely, especially when viewed from the heights of Highland Park. Please do not ruin this for us.

More dignified use of this property can be thought of.

No need to develop everything

How many historical treasures have we already lost to this kind of development. Lets make sure this one stays true to its intentions to be part of the neighborhood

Why is destruction of a unique historical and environmental landmark even being considered? What is our legacy?

My great uncle, Augustus Strong, founded the Rochester Theological Seminary, It would be a shame to allow this amazing place be ruined. Please care about this treasure in our midst.

Leave well enough alone!!
