We, the undersigned residents of Coles Crossing subdivision, (Harris County, Cypress, TX) are in favor of the Homeowners Association (HOA) implementing curbside recycling for the subdivision, at what we understand to be a $30 to $40 annual cost, and incorporating these costs to our association fees either by incrementing annual dues or shifting expenditures. Note: Curbside Recycling will be once weekly and include Paper, Plastic, Aluminum, and Tin. Glass items are not currently accepted, but may sometime in the future.
