Since a special meeting was mentioned a couple weeks ago in an email from the HOA and is still not scheduled, and requests for one by some residents didn't happen we have one more option...we can force them to have one...

Per our Bylaws-----"Special Meetings: The President may call special meetings. In addition , it shall be the duty of the President to call a special meeting of the Members of the Association if so directed by resolution of a majority of the Board of Directors or upon a petition signed by Members representing at least twenty (20%) of the total Class "A" votes of the Association. The notice of any special meeting shall state the date, time, and place of such meeting and the purpose thereof."

We are demanding a special meeting to be held at the community center on a weekday night at 7pm with in 14 days of petition given to the Coles Crossing CAI Board of Directors.
