Coinvest must fall...Some of the students had never received their monthly allowance since they registered with coinvest account

Poor service, and too much charges

Some of us forgot our coinvest username now we have no access to our accounts #CoinvestMustfall , coinvest didn't let us use our own names as our usernames .

This thing charges a lot of money

It's s been two months I haven't t recieve my allowance ever since we started receiving the money through coinvest

Deductions are high, some of never get allowance. We are struggling to register rather unable to register to this coinvest thing. It's August now some of never get allowance however, we buy prescribe book, we just studying without any prescribe book since semester 1, now we are semester 2 we are still waiting, Till when ? I am a funded student but coinvest can't find my identity document since last semester until today.

I didn't receive my monthly allowence

I haven’t received my allowance for 2 months. This has never happened before when we were using the old method.

It doesn't recognize the identity book but card. How? They know that some people still use ID books. Coinvest must fall, yeses

The money they deduct is too much. Most students haven't received their money since registering with them. Transfer the money into our bank accounts.

Since we were asked to register with Coinvest I haven't received an allowance. I use this money to buy books and stationery, I also pay for internet to be able to work online. This is unfair as I have worked hard to be able to get this NSFAS bursary.
