Coinvest must fall...Some of the students had never received their monthly allowance since they registered with coinvest account

Since first month of july it's been saying pre registration wallet, it doesn't even want transact money to my personal bank account. They are incompetent by not responding to our emails and not answering our calls

I see many students complaining about money going missing from their accounts, also that they are being overcharged. I think it's best we get our allowance through our personal accounts that way our money is safe .

I've created this coinvest account last month I didn't receive my young money even now on August I didn't receive money I keep on checking my balance on my coinvest account there's no money reflecting it says the balance it's zero 0⃣ I don't know what to do now .
