Coinvest must fall...Some of the students had never received their monthly allowance since they registered with coinvest account

It must fall students are overcharged and some never got money after registering

Useless payment system. I registered two months ago, in May but still there are no funds. After registration the website refused to grant me access to it, saying my username/Password are incorrect. I tried multiple times to send emails to coinvest helpdesk with no response. I was only assisted later in the of July. NSFAS's Coinvest system must fall period.
