We the public, and as such tourists and fellow residents of the Netherlands, believe closing coffee shops to tourists would be the worst decision that could be made. It is the only thing drawing tourists in. Whether the Netherlands government want to admit it or not, without legal cannabis there would be nothing that stands out from any other place in the world. People would simply go to other places, for example Jamaica. To put it as simply as possible, if you close the coffee shops to tourists, tourism itself in the Netherlands will die. Do not close them.
