Call of Duty 4 is one of the most succesful online games ever. There were millions of paid downloads for the XBOX 360 COD4 variety map pack that gave us only 4 extra maps. Not enough - you guys made good money out of the game and the map pack and we deserve more. We are willing to pay a reasonable price for more maps. 10GBP for 5 maps seems fair. This is a strong business case - the fact that you haven't produced more XBOX COD4 multiplayer downloadable content is ridiculous. You stand to make a fortune. Do it.
