Recently the HOA has approved the use of Black or Brown Vinyl fencing instead of the usual Chainlink and Iron Wrought fencing.

Although this is a huge step in the right direction to giving privacy and beautifying our community we feel that we should be allowed to install White Vinyl Fencing.

3 Reasons.

#1 We feel the color is not as nice as the standard white.

#2 Most fence installers do not offer those colors. That limits us to only a select few high-end installers.

#3 The average pricing for White Vinyl Fence is around $35 an Sq Ft. The price per Sq Ft for Black and Brown is $55 to $65.

As a community we are grateful for all the HOA is doing for us, however, for the average property owner to pay an extra $25 a foot which almost doubles our costs is to expensive.

Please change the rules to allow us to install WHITE Vinyl Fencing.
