ACN Canada continues to ignore our basic needs while forcing us to stay tethered to outdated service options. I am currently drafting a formal demand letter to their regional headquarters to force a response on why they refuse to support our area codes.

I have had 2 customer phone + internet cancelled because I cannot port the number or believe it or not, because there were no lines available!
Time we had the say who should control the number.
Our current numbers are important to us.
So many businesses in this area to help save.

We have a business in the Cobourg area that is unable to use this service to help the small business person save money.
