I am totally against the tuition fees being raised up by 50%... Persons are already finding it hard to keep their heads above water since VAT was implemented... Only so much the students can take.

I can see this being implemented when they fully become university status but as for now this increase does not need to happen. seriously!!! they cant even get their act together for registration

Yes, i am strongly against the tuition increase!! We as the students will be affected and never heard anything about it until it was going to be discussed in Cabinet. Why don't COB start to improve the school first make it something worth paying that high tuition.

I am completely against this increase. How can you just double the price of tuition without any warning to students, compiled with VAT being implemented. Ridiculous

I'm against the raise in tuitions. COB just raised our fees in 2014 the first time in a long time. I was okay with that, seeing as they were supposed to use the money to better our environment, making it possible for us to be more comfortable. I have seen no such change. Now with the implementing of VAT's 7.5% tax I don't know how we'll be able to afford the cost of education. I want to see transparency in COB's costly budget, I'd like to know where my money is and HAS been going for the pass 5-6 years!

Increased fees are just too much on my shoulders!! In the fall, I shall be starting my nursing courses finally. I also have a young child. I don't need these increased fees to come in the way of me obtaining my degree. #fixitJesus!!!

If tuition increases then there will be an increase in the drop out rate of students. How are the youths suppose to help develop the country if they are not properly educated. VAT has already been a major strain for us as students especially those who have to work to pay their own school fee. I
