If you're going to increase tuition, do it in an orderly fashion conducive to the shallow pockets of the majority of the students. Furthermore, the quality of service needs to drastically improve in order for this increase to be legitimized

I dont understamd they say the goverment cut their fund .. so whats the money goin towards that governemnt grants them.. the goverent already pay the lecyurers what cause this money possible go towards... secondly about 60% of cob pays their tuition on their own... how are we suppose to find 4,000 plus per semester in a second world country where the average bahamian makes 14,000-20,000 a year and only like 10% of those who pay can afford that 4,000 a year.in order to have a better country you must start with educating the present generation and that cant be accomplished if the only source of tertiary education we have available at home is to much for us to afford .Young bahamians use COB as a way to better theor lives upon completion and if they was to raise this money on trust me the country would only get worst economically..what is this money for? how is it benefiting me? what do they do with the money thw government grants them? the money they seek to gain from this raise in tuition trust me.. thwy would be suprised to see they dont even reach near that goal because everyone who fund tuition out of theor pocket would leave

For the hard times that we're having, this goverment is obviously not sensitive to the needs of the people. A higher eucation is very important to get a good job and going to college is the only way. They neef to make this morr attainable to our young people.

Knowledge is power. Why increase tuition fees when it's already difficult for some persons to afford? Yeah, it's suppose to help with the transitioning of the college to a university but it's also a disadvantage to the students. I am completely against this.
