Just like me, many others are struggling to pay school fees and tuition. many if us are not rich which is why we attend c.o.b in the first place. increased fees will cause a large decrease in the number of studentd. all of us arent blessed with a full paid scholarship. many of us have no job to pay any c.o.b balance. Like it was said previously the implementation of value added tax has already put to much of a strain on us not just students but us as a whole. It is quiet evident based on the way things are going now we quite obviously cannot deal with another increase it is simply to soon, we are still trying to cope with vat as it stands therefore I'm against this increase
