Ms. Slade is a former Elizabeth City State University classmate and helped mentor me when I first came as a Freshman. She has continued to be a good friend throughout the past 20 plus years.

Woman are breaking ground in sports in this century. ECSU should want to make some positive history !

I would be very interested in knowing why Wylia who has enjoyed coaching success at multiple levels was not even given an interview for the position at ECSU? Hopefully the school will reply to her request.
