One of my better coaches in years in my first year back playing football she took me in like a son and even tho I have decided not to come back to the gridiron I wouldn't want to play for no one else.

I do not understand how alumni still be overlooked. I LOVE ECSU! I am part of a legacy, yet we, alumni who are highly qualified, are blackballed...WHY?

Please Wylia a chance. To have someone with the resume that she has as well as the love, admiration, loyalty and respect for the organization not even get a call is truly disheartening and every person involved in the process you be ashamed of themselves.

Ms. Slade is a spectactular woman who loves football. I have known Ms. Slade for 34+ years. Her first love has always been football. She has exceptional team development skiils. She know's football inside out.
Her ability to motivate individuals is far beyond measure. Her record speaks for itself. To deny her the opportunity to interview is unacceptable. I respectfully request that the decision makers at ECSU give Ms. Slade the opportunity to interview for the coaching position. Her knowledger and team building skills would be an asset to ECSU. She has just as much experience, if not more than most men applying for the position.
